WP2 - GOVERNANCE MODULE
The main objective is the development and implementation of a new procurement process based in the following main innovations:
- A process based on lean management and lean procurement principles, promoting a new process that will integrate a standard methodology for common evaluating the tenders from different administrations and different countries. This innovative process will result in improved communication of major transport infrastructure projects, facilitating transparency and the inclusion of society in decision processes.
- Stakeholders involvement based on collaborative and concurrent approach for the planning, financing and construction, to maintenance and protection.
- An implementation based open standard-based information management and data exchange for infrastructure management based on infrastructures oriented BIM.
